About the role Salary up to Β£33,795 per year, dependent on skills and experience plus 34 days leave, rising to 39, and a health cash plan. What youll do Lead and coach a team to deliver safe, person-centred supported housing services. Champion safeguarding and health and safety across the service. Manage performance, supporting colleagues to grow and deliver great outcomes. Oversee service quality, contracts, KPIs, and customer satisfaction. Work closely with customers and partners to improve services and outcomes. You have You have experience leading and supporting teams in housing or care settings. You have confidence managing performance and coaching others to succeed. You have a strong understanding of safeguarding and customer-focused practice. You have experience working with people with diverse and complex needs. The practical bits Working hours are usually 08:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00, although some flexibility will be required to accommodate line management responsibilities for overnight staff. There is an expectation to participate in the On-Call rota once probation has been successfully completed. The successful candidate will have the flexibility to manage their own diary. You need an Enhanced with barring list DBS check (we pay) The role will be predominantly service-based, with the potential for a hybrid working arrangement once the service is fully established. There is parking on site and good local bus links.
