This is a great job opportunity for a Housing Manager to join Home Group's housing team in the Central Region covering North Herts, Northstowe & Fenland and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- You will represent Home Group within our communities and be present on our estates undertaking Housing Manager tasks.
- You’ll progress legal paperwork such as Notices of Seeking Possession and prepare witness statements for anti-social behaviour cases at court.
- You’ll understand housing management, housing law and customer service.
- You should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a genuine desire to help your customers.
- You’ll be dealing with complaints, but your resilience will help you through.
- You should be confident working with external partners and stakeholders such as local authorities.
