What you'll do
- Inspect properties and manage repairs across your assigned patch
- Provide clear technical advice to trades and contractors
- Handle disrepair cases and address damp and mould issues
- Oversee building works and ensure delivery meets agreed timelines
- Prepare empty homes quickly for re-let

You are
- Qualified to HNC/HND/Degree level in Surveying or Construction, or MCIOB
- Knowledgeable in damp and mould, holding PCAQT and HHSRS or willing to gain
- Experienced in diagnosing property issues and specifying remedial works
- Knowledgeable in building pathology, including subsidence
- Experienced in managing contractors and ensuring health and safety compliance
