Salary £29,836 per annum and great benefits including Health Cash Plan plus on call shift payment of £14.30 per session.

Temporary (9 months), full time (37.5 hpw).

As our Senior Client Services Manager, you'll lead our Torquay support team to deliver person-centred housing related services. You'll manage our services which house customers experiencing working with women and families fleeing domestic abuse. Leading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high quality, person-centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.

  • Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service.
  • Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded accurately.
  • Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service.

  • Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment.
  • Experience of people management.
  • Experience of managing multiple services and/or managing managers.

This is a service-based role where you work alongside customers and lead your team, with flexibility to work from home. You'll have the opportunity to network across services and with commissioners to ensure the service standards are delivered.

You’ll need an enhanced DBS and we pay for that.
