About the role
Circa £55,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus 34 days leave + Health Cash Plan. Home, a place where you belong. Help shape thriving new communities. You will deliver our new homes development programme across your region, working on live projects across the full development lifecycle. Covering both development and delivery, this is a unique opportunity to manage our projects from start to finish, working across an exciting range of mixed-tenure schemes. From early site identification through to handover and the end of the Defects Liability Period, you will keep multiple housing schemes moving, supporting delivery on time, within budget, and to the high standards our customers expect.
What you will do:
- Deliver new-home development schemes across the full project lifecycle on time and to budget.
- Manage projects from planning and legals through to site completion, handover and defects.
- Track costs and performance, manage budgets and meet targets.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, partners, internal teams and customers.
- Oversee compliance and design-led quality across all developments, keeping our customers' needs at the heart of every decision.

You have:
- Proven project management experience, delivering multi-site residential led development sites to design standards.
- Experience in the commercial aspects of housing development, including planning, contractor procurement, contractor management through to sales.
- Great knowledge and experience in the planning system and laws to implement compliant and approved schemes.
- Good organisational and communication skills to be able to manage multiple projects.

The practical bits:
- Temporary 12 month contract with the potential to become permanent.
- You will work Monday to Friday. Our core office hours are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm with flexibility built in.
- Hybrid basis from our London Liverpool Street office, on site and from home.
- You will need access to a vehicle for work and a full UK driving licence as you will be required to travel and carry out site visits across our new build schemes.
