You have:

  • Level 2 in social care (or willing to work towards it).
  • Passion for helping customers live their best life.
  • Experience caring for others (in work, family, or personal life).
  • Able to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and remain resilient.
  • Flexible, person-centred approach, recognising every customer is unique.

What you’ll do:

  • Support customers with daily living tasks to build independence and achieve their goals.
  • Help with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living.
  • Support customers to attend appointments, hobbies, college or work.
  • Assist with personal care and medication as outlined in support plans.
  • Complete risk assessments, support plans, goals, and reviews.
  • Time for chats, building relationships, and working closely with colleagues.

The practical bits:

  • Flexible working hours.
  • We pay £50 per sleep in shift.
  • Confident using technology for plans, online learning and teamwork.
  • Vehicle with business insurance needed for travel between services - mileage paid.
  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
