Pay £14.06 per hour (£27,500 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.

Permanent, full time (37.5hpw).

As our Housing and Property Lead, you'll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, you'll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to secure, long-term accommodation.

Making sure that our customers' properties are homes they can be proud of, you'll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.

  • Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
  • Getting rooms ready for the next customers who need our help and for maximum occupancy, you'll turn around vacant or void rooms/bed spaces/properties within set timescales.
  • Experience in managing a housing caseload and handling landlord and housing management duties.
  • Know-how of re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed.

Monday to Friday 9-5pm.

Predominantly based at our service in Penzance, you'll spend your time travelling around the properties in our Penzance and Redruth patch as well as working from our Camborne office.

Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims and doing tenancy sign-ups.
