What you'll do

  • No two days are the same! One day you may be supporting a customer with a Hap workbook within a service, the next day you may be doing the same out in the community enjoying a coffee at the same time.
  • You will be working with customers from a whole range of backgrounds, some with complex support requirements, so every day will be different and may not go as you planned.
  • If you do find yourself with some spare time, you will be promoting the HAP, calling potential customers and promoting Home Achievement Program with relevant external agencies.
  • Being proactive and ensuring that all customers engaged have clear and achievable expectations for submitting completed workbooks and clear guidance for future involvement with the HAP.

The practical bits

  • Temporary (7 months contract), full time (37.5 hpw).
  • You’ll work Monday to Friday with flexible working hours when needed, managing your own diary.
  • Hybrid role based from Eastlands Peterborough.
  • You need an Enhanced with barring list / Standard / Basic DBS check (we pay).
