We cant offer a CoS for this role\n You have \n \n Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting\n \n Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)\n \n Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support\n \n The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach\n \n It is a busy service, and the successful candidate will work with both new and established colleagues\n Stronger together \n \nWe do our best work when were ourselves. Its great to get together and celebrate the wins as well as support each other through challenges.\n \n 8 week rolling rota, weekdays shifts are 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm during. You'll work 1 in 3 weekends (10am-6pm) with bank holiday cover on a shared rota basis across the team (10am-6pm).\n \n Includes working Bank holidays and Christmas period but we share these out amongst us so you will not be expected to work them all. Weekend and bank holidays are worked as a 10-6 shift.\n \n Service base will be North Close, however there is an expectation to travel to our Hythe service regularly as well as some travel across our patch to Winchester and Eastleigh.
