Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high‑quality, right‑first‑time maintenance and refurbishments across responsive and void properties.
- Multi‑skill across trades (joinery, carpentry, plastering, tiling, brickwork, groundwork or basic plumbing) to improve first‑time fixes and reduce repeated visits.
- Deliver compliant work and log jobs using the company’s technology platform.
- Participate in an out‑of‑hours service on a rota basis with additional on‑call payment.
Qualifications
- Relevant building/construction qualification.
- Experience across multiple building trades.
- Full current driving licence – a company van will be supplied.
- Flexible approach with initiative and judgement.
Practicalities
- Monday to Friday work schedule with an additional rota‑based out‑of‑hours service.
