Home Group is seeking a Health Coach to empower customers to lead healthier lives within our community teams. You will assess needs, develop personalised health plans, and deliver targeted interventions to promote positive lifestyle changes.
Travel to meet customers using public transport or a business-insured vehicle; mileage is paid. This permanent, part-time role is 30 hours per week, with shifts Mon–Fri 9am–5pm and some flexibility.
