Join us and make a real difference every day. You will help young people aged between 16 and 18 years old to live independently, feel valued and stay connected. This role is all about care, respect and practical support that improves lives. We are looking to recruit energetic and enthusiastic members of staff to our flexible bank to engage young people in support that will help them move towards living independently.
You will join our dedicated team to deliver high standards of support in our Ofsted registered service, looking to provide the best opportunities for the young people that we support. We are a team that really cares and looks after each other.
What you will do:
- Support young people with daily tasks, including the completion of a Food Hygiene level 2 course.
- Support young people to complete our tenancy accreditation scheme, the Home Achievement Programme.
- Support young people to appointments and if required advocate on their behalf.
- Be creative in planning activities at the service and in the community for young people to engage with.
- Create a safe, positive space where dignity and respect come first.
- Work collaboratively to empower our young people.
