- Provide effective data administration to our Asset data team.
- Deliver excellent customer service by completing tasks efficiently.
- Organise and create property records.
- Support with data-based tasks.

You have:
- Experience in working with data and data entry.
- Worked in a relevant administrative or project role, with a basic understanding of underlying business processes and data organisation.
- Excellent prioritising skills to organise your workload and achieve targets within agreed timescales.
- Demonstrated collaborative working with internal stakeholders.
- Experience working with Open Housing and MS Office (Word, Excel).

Temporary (12 months contract). Hybrid working with 2 days based in our Newcastle office and the rest from home.
