Customers often come in for one thing and leave with a full trolley thanks to our passionate teams who keep shelves stocked, create a welcoming atmosphere, and make sure every shopper leaves with a smile. As a Store Team Member, you will be at the heart of it all, greeting customers, replenishing shelves, and working across different departments from fresh food to seasonal while always delivering fantastic standards. Retail here is fast-paced and hands-on, with no two days the same. Because our stores are open from 6 am to 10 pm daily, we ask for some flexibility with evenings and weekends — but don’t worry, we work hard to balance shifts fairly so everyone gets the time off they need.

Package & Salary

  • £12.21 per hour (ages 18‑20)
  • £12.50 per hour (ages 21+)
  • 12 hours per week, 5 am‑9 am shifts

  • No two days are the same: trained across multiple areas of the business. Handle tills, manage cash transactions, restock shelves, adapt to various roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.
