Your hourly rate will increase to £13.39 - £13.68 with the Loyalty Attendance Bonus. Each month your pay will increase by 1%. For example, if your starting hourly rate was £12.63, after 6 months this will rise to £13.39. The Loyalty Attendance Bonus assumes that you have no unplanned absences.
