As leaders in innovative care, we utilise cutting-edge technology to enhance support and empower individuals, ensuring they thrive with independence and dignity. Shift Working Patterns:

  • 2 week rolling rota
  • Start shift 07:00/08:00 finishing at 21:00/22:00 with flexible working shifts between these hours
  • One 14 hour shift per week
  • Every other weekend off
  • Standby sleep ins

About You:

We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers who are willing to bring their experience in a supported living environment to our team at HFHC Specialist Supported Living. For this role, you will need a keen drive to make a difference to the lives of the individuals we support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping the individuals we support to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability and goals
  • Support the individuals to do daily living tasks, personal care while encouraging independence
  • Support the individuals to plan activities such as going to the beach, theme parks, festivals, holidays, or simply being part of the local community
  • Provide support, informal advocacy and information to the individuals we support
  • Provide emotional and practical support to the individuals
  • Accurately reporting and recording on our digital platform
  • Contribute to the development and regular review of care plans for individuals
  • Coaching and mentoring colleagues in all aspects of their role

The advertised hourly rate is based on a full-time contract in which you are expected to work every other weekend. HFHC Specialist Supported Living has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday to 7:00am Monday.
