Your hourly rate will increase to £13.39 – £13.68 with the Loyalty Attendance Bonus. Each month your pay will increase by 1%. For example, if your starting hourly rate was £12.63, after 6 months this will rise to £13.39. The Loyalty Attendance Bonus assumes that you have no unplanned absences.

The Role
As part of our ONE TEAM, you will deliver exceptional care and support to the individuals living within our residential homes. A large part of your role is to help individuals gain new life skills, connect with their communities, and help them to achieve a fulfilled and meaningful life.
Responsibilities
- Helping our individuals to reach their goals
- Support our individuals to do daily living tasks, such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, whilst encouraging independence
- Support our individuals to plan activities such as going to the beach, theme parks, festivals, and holidays
- Provide practical, emotional support and advocacy for the individuals
- Accurately report and record using our state-of-the-art in-house digital platform
Working Hours
- 2 week rolling rota
- Early shift: 07:00 AM – 11.00 AM or 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- You will work every other weekend and some bank holidays
The advertised salary is based on a full-time contract in which you are expected to work every other weekend. Home From Home Care has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00 Friday to 7:00 Monday.
