Your hourly rate will increase to £14.55 – £14.83 with the Loyalty Attendance Bonus. Each month your pay will increase by 1%. For example, if your starting hourly rate was £13.73, after 6 months this will rise to £14.55.

The Loyalty Attendance Bonus assumes that you have no unplanned absences.

The Role: This isn’t just any job – it’s about supporting people to live life their way. From helping with everyday tasks like cooking or personal care, to going on beach trips, holidays, and even theme park days – no two days are the same. You’ll be there to cheer them on, build confidence, and help them feel part of their community.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with personal care and daily routines.
  • Helping individuals set and achieve personal goals.
  • Leading shifts and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Administering medication safely.
  • Using our super easy digital platform to record what matters.
  • Planning fun activities – think road trips, days out, even festivals!

About You: Completed Care Certificate or NVQ or equivalent experience. Experience of leadership within a residential home setting.

Working Hours: 2 week rolling rota. Early shift: 07:00 AM – 15:00 PM. Late shifts either: 14:00 PM – 21:00 PM or 15:00 PM – 22:00 PM. You will work every other weekend and some bank holidays. Infrequent standby sleep ins. One 14 hour shift.

The advertised salary is based on a full-time contract in which you are expected to work every other weekend. Home From Home Care has implemented a £1 per hour pay increase when working between 22:00pm Friday to 7:00am Monday.
