The Role: Female Senior Support Worker We are looking for a dedicated Female Settlement Support Worker to join our ONE TEAM Working approach, providing care and support to individuals living in their own apartments within our specialist services. As a Settlement Support Worker, you will: Provide personalised, therapeutic care to adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Foster independence, enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives. Help develop individualised care plans, working closely with other professionals. Take responsibility for medication management, health appointments, and ensuring all care and safety standards are met. Complete accurate reporting and recording on our in-house digital platform.
