Salary: From £27,000 per year + weekly commission (OTE £38,000+)

We’re growing our sales team and looking for confident, resilient and motivated Sales Advisors to join an award-winning company with ground-breaking growth.
This isn’t a quiet office job. You’ll be speaking to potential customers every day, working towards targets and dealing with objections. We are looking for people who genuinely enjoy sales, thrive under pressure and are motivated by earning more when they perform.
You’ll be contacting potential customers to introduce them to solar and battery solutions, understand their needs and book appointments for our energy specialists.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Make outbound sales calls to introduce potential customers to energy saving solutions
- Book home energy assessments to help people switch to greener options
- Building rapport quickly and having confident conversations
- Work towards personal and team targets in a lively, supportive environment
- Handling objections without losing your motivation
- Keep our CRM up to date with accurate customer data
- Bring your own personality and communication style to every conversation
