This is an onsite role only and unfortunately, public transport to Cobham, Surrey is fairly limited.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday with 1:3 Saturdays), part time and flexible working considered.
Are you a people person who loves pets just as much? We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Client Care Advisor / Receptionist to join our amazing team at Voo Vets! You'll be the smiling face that welcomes clients and their pets, supports our clinical team, and helps make every visit a positive, stress-free experience. From greeting clients and booking appointments to assisting in consults and keeping our reception running smoothly, you'll play a key role in creating a practice that both pets and people love.
Responsibilities- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointments, payments, and client communications
- Keep reception areas tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked
- Support the vet team by preparing consult rooms and assisting with patient handling
- Help with prescriptions, lab samples, and general admin
- Be a key part of keeping our day running smoothly
- Experience in a customer-facing role (vet or medical experience a bonus)
- Confident communicator with great organisational skills
- Positive, empathetic, and thrives in a busy team environment
- IT-savvy and happy to learn new systems
- Passionate about pets and providing great service
