We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. This is a high-impact, phone-based role focused on converting warm leads into customers across our full product range.

Your primary mission:

  • Contact prospective tenants and landlords who have engaged with our referencing service, identify their needs, and sell the right products to help them secure and protect their tenancy or property.
  • Execute high-volume outbound calling to warm leads generated through our tenant referencing and property services.
  • Identify sales opportunities across our product suite.
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM.
  • Provide feedback to inform product messaging and sales approach.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years' proven success in outbound sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets through phone-based selling.
  • Exceptional phone presence with the ability to engage, persuade, and close.
  • Strong CRM discipline and administrative capabilities.
  • Experience in property, lettings, financial services, or insurance sectors.
