Reporting directly to the Senior Recruitment and Onboarding Lead, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, high-quality and responsive recruitment service across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of client recruitment needs, ensuring personalised support throughout the process.
- Support the wider team and assist with recruitment and general tasks when needed.
- Create and publish engaging job adverts across various platforms.
- Monitor and screen incoming applications against the required criteria.
- Arrange and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
- Liaise with clients and families to provide timely updates on recruitment progress.
- Carry out all pre-employment checks including:
- Creating offer letters and calculating annual leave entitlements.
- Obtaining references.
- Collecting and processing employment documents.
- Coordinating DBS and Right to Work checks.
- Conducting ID verification checks.
