The Warehouse Operative roles cover any 5 days out of 7, including weekends
- Nights – 10pm – 6am
Suitable candidates will be reliable with a hands on approach to work.
General warehouse duties include using an automated system (caddy pick) to pick products onto cages to be dispatched to store. Other picking elements include Order Picking Units (OPUs), Pedestrian Picking, Secure Picking and manual handling, as well as being on your feet for the duration of your shift – you can expect to walk up to 12 miles per shift.
Opportunities at Home Bargains include progression into other areas of the warehouse including Voice Pick, Loading, Dekit, Goods In and more.
