As a Deputy Manager, you’ll be on the shop floor, leading by example, supporting your team, and ensuring the store runs smoothly. Salary & Hours: £35,941 FTE, 44 hours per week

• Full-time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service. Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements.

• Experience supervising medium to large retail teams in a fast-paced retail environment
• A proven track record of achieving significantly high weekly sales targets
• Experience managing a varied range of retail categories
• A strong understanding of store operations, performance management, and customer service
