Key Responsibilities
- Guide Our Colleagues: Collaborate with the store management team to ensure your team is well-trained, informed, and capable of delivering high store standards.

As a Store Team Leader, you will be key in providing an exceptional retail experience, achieving store performance targets, guiding colleagues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. TJ Morris Limited, trading as Home Bargains, is a family-run discount retailer with over 600 stores across the UK, serving more than 5 million customers weekly. We are expanding rapidly, planning to reach 1,000 stores, opening nearly one store every weekend.

Package & Hours
- Salary: £30,887 FTE
- Hours: 44 hours per week
