Guide Our Colleagues – Collaborate with the store management team to ensure your team is well-trained, informed, and capable of delivering the high standards our customers expect.
Prioritise Customer Satisfaction – Work closely with your management colleagues to identify customer service needs, communicate these priorities to the team, and ensure all members contribute to delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

As a Store Team Leader, you are key to providing an exceptional retail experience, achieving store performance targets, guiding and developing colleagues, and prioritising customer satisfaction. Our management structure offers clear career progression and personal development.
Package: £30,887 FTE, 44 hours per week, 6 Months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover).
