Be the smile that makes a difference: As a dedicated Store Team Member, you will be the face of Home Bargains, providing enthusiastic customer service by assisting with product queries and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver enthusiastic customer service and assist with product queries to create a welcoming store environment.
- Support teamwork by helping with tasks across the store, including stocking shelves, maintaining displays, cleaning workspaces, and keeping plant and product areas organized.
- Take charge during fill shifts by unloading deliveries and ensuring stock is promptly available on shelves for customers.
- Handle multiple areas of the business after training, including tills, cash handling, restocking, and adapting to roles in the Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £12.21 per hour (18-20), £12.50 per hour (21+).
- 28 hours per week. Must be available to work between 7am – 6pm.
- Full-time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service. Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time roles.
