Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product queries.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, maintain shelf presentation, and ensure store cleanliness.
  • Operate tills and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Support across departments as needed (Café, Bakery, garden centres) and adapt to changing duties.

  • Experience of cash handling and working in a retail environment
  • Experience of manual handling and stock replenishment

About the Role

At Home Bargains, we believe in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be the first smiling face our customers see, providing outstanding service and assistance to help them find great bargains. We take pride in our store standards and you will play a crucial role in delivering this for our customers every day, helping to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and a prompt, enjoyable shopping experience.

Salary and Hours

  • £12.21 per hour (18-20), £12.50 per hour (21+)
  • 20 hours per week, 6am–10am
