Welcome to the heart of Home Bargains – where being a Store Team Member means more than just stocking shelves. It’s about creating an exceptional retail experience, greeting customers with a warm smile, and embodying the ‘can-do’ spirit that defines our community.
Package
Store Team Member rates of pay depend on age, ranging from £10.00 per hour for below 18 year olds, £12.18 for 18 – 20 year olds, and £12.88 for those 21 and over. (inclusive of hourly Regional Allowance).
Available contracted hours range from 8 – 16 hours per week.
