Job Overview- Guide Our Colleagues - Collaborating with the store management team you work to ensure your team are well-trained, informed and capable of delivering the high store standards our customers expect.
- Prioritise Customer Satisfaction - You work closely with your management team colleagues to identify customer service needs, communicating these priorities to the team, and ensuring all members contribute to delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

PackageSalary & Hours: Β£30,887 FTE, 44 hours per week
Employee Benefits- Full-time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service. Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements.
