As a Deputy Manager, you’ll be on the shop floor, leading by example, supporting your team, and ensuring the store runs smoothly.   • Salary & Hours: ÂŁ33,545 FTE, 44 hours per week

Minimum Criteria To Apply

  • Experience supervising small to medium-sized teams in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
  • A proven ability to lead teams to achieve high weekly sales targets
  • Confidence in supporting recruitment, training, and day-to-day team development
  • A strong understanding of store priorities, standards, and customer service expectations
