Role & Mission - What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Senior Level Designer to join our team and craft engaging, high-performing levels for our hit casual game All in Hole. Reporting to the Design Director, and working cross-functionally, you will play a key role in shaping player progression, engagement, and monetization. Your key responsibilities:

  • Design & build - Create maps, patterns, and grids using our in-house level editor
  • Player progression - Balance difficulty, pacing, and engagement across levels
  • Gameplay loops - Build engaging micro & macro player loops to create an ideal progression
  • Innovation - Develop new in-level mechanics and improve core gameplay loops
  • Data-driven optimization - Analyze player data to refine level performance
  • Live operations - Push level packs that outperform engagement and monetization targets
  • Scalability - Build reusable core maps to expand and deepen our level roster
  • Playtesting & feedback - Organize playtests and iterate on level design based on insights
