About The Team
QA at Homa is a core part of our development process — not just catching bugs, but actively improving product quality. We\’re building a team that\’s valued, visible, and contributes to award-winning work. You\’ll work with our internal tools and focus on manual and automated mobile game testing. We\’re looking for detail-oriented QA professionals who are ready to contribute to the growth of a genre leading game whilst developing their personal and professional skillset.
Role And Missions – What You Will Do
As a Mobile Game QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functionality and high-quality performance of our hit mobile game All in Hole
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on hypercasual and casual mobile games
- Execute automated test runs, preferably using Alt Tester, Air Test, or similar tools
- Collaborate with the development and QA teams to identify and document bugs, ensuring prompt resolution
- Create, update, and maintain test cases in tools like TestRail or Notion
- Test across various mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and ensure compatibility and consistency
- Work with Unity-developed games, understanding game mechanics and performance considerations
- Provide feedback to improve the overall quality of the games, suggesting improvements to testing strategies
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing clear and concise feedback and documentation
Requirements
Preferred Experience—What\’s your profile
- 4+ years of experience in mobile game testing, particularly with hypercasual or casual mobile games
- Hands-on experience with mobile automated test execution
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools such as TestRail, Notion, or similar platforms
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
- Team mentality
- Eagerness to Learn & Grow
Nice to have:
- Experience working on Unity-developed games
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, C#, or Java
- ISTQB Certification, its a plus.
- Background in live games with frequent content updates, events, or liveops cycles
- Hands-on experience with testing in-app purchases, ads, and analytics tracking
- Familiarity with tools like Charles Proxy, Unity, Firebase, Jira, and TestRail
