In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep for our clients' equipment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting inspections, performing repairs, and maintaining our equipment and facilities.
- Servicing and maintaining catering equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, refrigeration units, and dishwashers.
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimise downtime.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Working with clients to understand their specific catering equipment needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Training clients and staff on the proper use and maintenance of catering equipment.

Experience: Should ideally possess basic technical skills, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, physical fitness, safety awareness, basic computer skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
