- Has a strong understanding of SEND andInclusion and a commitment to securing the best outcomes for all children.
- Works hard and takes pride in their work.
- Works collaboratively with staff,families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
- Has high expectations and a clear beliefthat every child can succeed.
- Is positive, reliable and committed todeveloping their practice and the practice of others.
- Holds the National Award for SENCoordination or be willing to complete the qualification within the requiredtimeframe.
