We’re seeking Care Assistants to join our friendly team at Holy Cross Care Home. We are seeking individuals to provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Team Leader/Nurse.

Location: Holy Cross Care Home

Hours: Various Full Time, Part Time and Bank Contracts are available.

Hourly Rate: From £13.33

Your Responsibilities:

  • Put service users’ wishes at the centre of care.
  • Support the efficient running of the service.
  • Help service users maintain relationships and community links.
  • Follow care plans and report any changes in needs.
  • Attend required training and gain relevant qualifications.
  • Support users’ relationships with important people.
  • Work within Fundamental Standards and CQC requirements.
  • Follow all policies and procedures.
