HOLY is the soft drink revolution: With our powdered drinks HOLY Energy®, HOLY Hydration®, and HOLY Iced Tea®, you get amazing taste across 50+ flavours while maintaining a good conscience—for your body & the environment. Over 2M loyal customers: Started in a shared apartment by three best friends, we have scaled to Europe's fastest growing consumer brand—and our cult‑like community, the HOLY Squad, loves it: 4.6 stars on reviews.io speak for themselves. From D2C to Global Omnichannel: In less than four years, we've profitably scaled HOLY to more than €150M D2C revenue in DACH, FR, and the UK. Now scaling our retail business, we're on an exciting transition to becoming a true omnichannel rocketship. We are still just getting started: Backed by the world's best consumer investors, we aim to revolutionise the soft drink industry and build a generational love brand: tastier, healthier & more sustainable. Our team of 150+ people aims high (Coca‑Cola, we're coming for you!).

About the Position: Influencer marketing is one of HOLY’s biggest growth levers, and the UK is a key focus market. We’ve built strong traction with creators, customers, and communities, and now we’re doubling down to scale the UK from mid–7‑digit revenue today to nearly €100M in annual revenue over the next two years. In this role, you’ll own and execute influencer and partnership campaigns that drive performance, not just hype. You’ll collaborate with creators who authentically connect with our brand and audiences, ranging from everyday citizens to niche communities with highly engaged UK‑based followings, from truck drivers and healthcare workers to gaming, anime, and entertainment subcultures. This is a hands‑on role: from scouting creators to negotiating deals, managing campaigns, and tracking performance; you’ll ensure HOLY stays top‑of‑mind and front‑of‑feed across the UK.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run influencer & partnership campaigns end-to-end – from strategy to execution, with a clear focus on performance (conversions, reach, ROI).
  • Find, build, and nurture high‑impact creator relationships – with influencers, agents, and agencies that align with HOLY’s product, brand, and values.
  • Tap into everyday & niche communities – work with a mix of everyday people and cultural subcultures (gaming, anime, truck driving, healthcare, entertainment, etc.) who connect authentically with our product.
  • Optimise through data – monitor results, share learnings, and adjust strategy to continuously improve impact.

Mindset:

  • You’re hungry and performance‑driven: you care about results, not vanity metrics.
  • You connect: you understand what resonates in UK communities—from everyday citizens to niche subcultures.
  • You’re hands‑on and willing to grind: no task is too small if it drives results.
  • You’re data‑led and commercially sharp: you balance creativity with ROI and can justify every spend.
  • You’re adaptable and solution‑oriented: fast‑paced environments energise you, not stress you.

Experience:

  • 3+ years in influencer marketing or related roles in the UK at a high‑growth brand or agency.
  • Proven ability to run campaigns end‑to‑end and deliver measurable impact across platforms.
  • Existing network of creators, agents, and agencies in the UK across YouTube, TikTok, and Meta channels.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills: you can close deals and keep partners inspired.
  • Native‑level English, with a deep pulse on UK culture, trends, and digital communities.

Location: In today's job market, A‑players have many options to choose from. As part of our offer, we prioritise providing a productive working environment and opportunities for growth. In addition to competitive compensation, including company shares, you can expect:

  • A successful and growing company: Join a company that has been growing profitably and quickly for the last 36+ months and has raised a series B, while many other e‑commerce companies are struggling.
  • Huge impact and career growth: Enjoy huge impact and hence explosive career growth, build your own market, and shape HOLY’s internationalisation in a top market.
  • Awesome team: Join an awesome team of colleagues who are ambitious, funny, down‑to‑earth, and authentic.
  • Top product: Marketing is important, but a good product is essential. Our differentiated soft drinks have won over customers.
  • Future of e‑commerce: Be part of the future of e‑commerce and help set new standards in many areas.
  • Startup culture: Join a startup culture that values flat hierarchies, fast pace, and personal development.
  • Perfect setup: Enjoy a perfect setup that includes all the requirements of a modern employer, such as a remote/hybrid setup, flexible working hours, and much more.

The Process: We’re growing fast—and we’re ready for you to start as soon as possible. That said, we’re also patient enough to wait for the right person. Quality beats speed.

Getting to know you: You will have a 30‑minute screening interview with Luca, our Talent Partner, where you will talk about HOLY, the position, your experience, and see if our expectations match. Hiring Manager Interview with Dan, our Head of UK. Peer interview with Chiara, our UK Sr. Partnerships Manager. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study. Advanced discussion: In this on‑site meeting, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions online or in our office. Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Matze, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer, and we are ready to embark on this journey together with you!
