ABOUT THE POSITION
Influencer marketing is core to HOLY’s growth—and the UK is one of our most exciting markets. With bold ambitions backed by solid and consistent growth and a loyal creator community, we’re doubling down on influencer marketing to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. In this role, you’ll lead and execute influencer and partnership campaigns across digital, events, and offline activations. You’ll build strong relationships with creators, agencies, and partners to fuel growth in the UK by using data to track performance and optimise strategy, you’ll help shape high-impact collaborations that put HOLY in front of as many UK consumers as possible.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Shape and execute influencer and partnerships strategy
- Lead campaigns and activations that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in the UK. Ensure that our partners not only convert and drive eyes to the brand, but are aligned with our core beliefs and ethics.
- Build and nurture high-impact creator and partner relationships
- Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and strategic partners to foster long-term, meaningful relationships that support brand growth and relevance.
- Lead digital and offline activations
- Deliver standout campaigns across social platforms, events, sponsorships, and collaborations that resonate with both creator communities and our target audience.
- Optimise performance through data and insights
- Monitor campaign results, extract key learnings, and use data to guide strategic decisions and refine investment approaches.
- Scale HOLY’s presence in the UK
- Create bold, audience-driven campaigns that maximise visibility and help position HOLY as a leading brand in the UK market.
