Holy Trinity in Crawley is seeking an Internal Suspension, Reset & Reintegration Lead to coach and develop positive behaviour in students requiring extra support.
Based in the Reflection Room, you will use restorative approaches to help students reset and return to mainstream lessons.
You will work with SLT and staff to identify disengagement, implement interventions, and monitor incidents while coordinating with parents when needed.
