We are looking for someone to grow our Youth and Kids work at Holy Trinity Wandsworth. Holy Trinity Wandsworth is in SW London (Zone 2) with a mission to know Christ and to make Him known to the people of SW London. This is a great opportunity for a fun-loving, energetic Youth & Kids Worker who is excited by the idea of reaching youth, children and their families with the good news of Jesus and the adventure of following Him.
Main responsibilities:
- Teach, lead and encourage kids in whole of life discipleship
- Oversee and develop kids and youth program at church services and other events
- Run a Youth Group
- Run an after-school homework club
- Coordinate a holiday club in the summer
- Prioritise excellent safeguarding processes and practices
- Identify, recruit, train and develop kids team leaders
- Build links and deliver Christian assemblies/classes in the local schools
- Work with the Vicar to develop a 3 year Kids curriculum
