Holy Trinity is looking to appoint an experienced and reliable member of staff to work with children with SEND. If appointed, you will join a hardworking, diverse team who care deeply for the children’s wellbeing. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 1.30pm.

What we need from you:

  • Experience of working with children with SEND
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (relevant experience will be considered)
  • At least two years’ experience working in a mainstream school or similar setting
  • A passion for working with children with SEND
  • A willingness to learn both formally and informally to provide the best support for children
  • A flexible, calm approach to learning and behaviour

The position will involve a variety of roles including playtime supervision, in class support and 1:1 interventions. Day-to-day work may involve play, formal learning, social and emotional skills and record keeping.

Visits are welcomed and encouraged, by appointment with the school office. The closing date is 6th February 2026 at noon, with interviews to be held the following week.
