Holy Trinity CofE Secondary School in Crawley is looking for an Internal Suspension, Reset & Reintegration Lead who is passionate about coaching and developing positive behaviour in our students, including those needing extra support.
You will work from the Reflection Room, using a therapeutic, solution-focused approach to help students reset their behaviour and return to mainstream lessons, collaborating with the SLT and families to ensure successful reintegration.
