We have a vacancy within our support team for a Safeguarding and Family Worker and are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate for Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School to:
- Lead safeguarding and child protection practice, managing day-to-day concerns, CPOMS records, Early Help referrals, professional meetings and appropriate responses to disclosures.
- Support pupils’ wellbeing and development, promoting emotional resilience, independence and positive outcomes through strong pastoral care.
- Work in close partnership with families and external agencies, acting as a key contact and signposting to appropriate community, health and support services.
- Collaborate effectively with staff, leaders and Trust colleagues, contributing to safeguarding culture, staff development, professional supervision and Trust improvement work.
- Demonstrate strong professional practice, including reflective self-development, effective time management, working under pressure, and maintaining accurate, confidential records using ICT.
