We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person who will take pride in being part of a team of music teachers, delivering excellent lessons across our Catholic Voluntary Academy.
This is a part-time role starting from January 2027 on a casual basis, pending completed pre-employment checks. You will support schools across the Our Lady of Our Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, working closely with both primary and secondary students.
You will have the opportunity to grow our Vocal and Piano lessons over time.
You will:
- Have previous experience working as a teacher within both a Primary & Secondary School setting.
- Have a good understanding of the KS2 & 3 music curriculum. Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
- Have a passion for working with young people.
- Provide a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
- Innovative and resourceful teaching methods.
- Be able to teach Music up to and including Grade 8
