About the Position

Community is at the heart of everything HOLY does, and the UK is an exciting market to scale. With real momentum building and a HOLY Squad that's ready to take off, we're looking for someone to own the UK community and drive the next phase of growth. Working alongside our Head of UK, you'll be the engine behind HOLY's community presence in one of Europe's most competitive beverage markets. Your mission is to scale the UK HOLY Squad, execute high‑impact local activations, and make HOLY feel as native to UK culture as it does everywhere else we've grown. This is a genuine ownership role. You'll have the autonomy to shape how HOLY shows up in the UK, backed by a central team building one of Europe's fastest‑growing DTC brands.

You’ll take charge of:

  • Growing and managing the UK HOLY Squad across Discord, Instagram, TikTok and beyond.
  • Running community activations end‑to‑end: sample sendouts, prize giveaways, and community rollouts that drive real engagement.
  • Partnering with UK creators and agencies to build a consistent pipeline of authentic UGC for Meta and TikTok paid social.
  • Staying close to UK culture and trends to ensure HOLY always feels genuinely local.
  • Working closely with central brand and performance teams to keep UK campaigns sharp and on point.

About You

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes UK digital culture and is ready to take real ownership of a market. Here's what makes someone perfect for this role:

  • Deep understanding of UK culture, consumer behaviour, and digital trends.
  • Genuine Squad fit: understanding HOLY, its community and what makes it unique.
  • Proven experience building and managing engaged online communities across Discord, Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong eye for content: you know what performs before it's proven.
  • Hands‑on approach to activations: from sample drops to giveaways, you get things done without needing to be managed.
  • Confident working autonomously and juggling multiple initiatives at pace.
  • Natural communicator with a native‑level grasp of British tone and nuance.
  • Data‑literate: you track what matters and use it to make better decisions.
  • Based in London or able to commute.

Our Offering

In today's job market, A‑players have many options to choose from. As part of our offer, we prioritise providing a productive working environment and opportunities for growth. In addition to competitive compensation, including company shares, you can expect:

  • A successful and growing company: Join a company that has been growing profitably and quickly for the last 36+ months and has raised a series B, while many other e‑commerce companies are struggling.
  • Huge impact: Enjoy huge impact to shape HOLY's internationalisation in a top market.
  • Awesome team: Join an awesome team of colleagues who are ambitious, funny, down‑to‑earth, and authentic.
