We are looking for a candidate who:
- is supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school
- has experience of supporting teaching & learning in a nursery/pre-school/school setting
- has a relevant TA or Early Years qualification
- has a good understanding and experience of safeguarding children
- has a good standard of spoken and written English
- is able to work on their own initiative, but also able to work as part of a team
- has strong organisational skills
- can prioritise jobs according to need
- can demonstrate a high level of adaptability
- has a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- (Forest School leader qualified/experience of planning and leading Forest School sessions an advantage)
