This is a hands-on, multi-skilled role across food preparation, guest service and station support. It’s for people who care about good food, clean standards, warm service and working as one team.
You don’t need years of hospitality experience. We’re looking for kind, reliable people who take pride in their work, learn quickly and want to be part of building something properly from day one.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and serve food with care, pace and accuracy.
- Work across stations and support the wider team where needed.
- Welcome guests warmly and help keep service flowing.
- Keep the restaurant clean, organised and ready for service.
- Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene processes consistently.
- Bring good energy, curiosity and pride to each shift.
What we’re looking for

- Good communicators who stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and follow clear processes.
- Hospitality, food service or retail experience is helpful, but not essential.
