Holy Family is a welcoming successful primary school. We are looking for an inspirational and highly effective, practising Catholic to help us continue to excel. We already have an excellent reputation for high standards and are judged recently to be “outstanding” by both Ofsted and the Catholic Schools Inspection. You will have the creative vision to build on our success and your challenge will be to keep us moving forward in the pursuit of excellence. You will be committed to developing our existing links with the community and maintain our strong Catholic ethos.

The successful candidate will:
- Be a practising Catholic who can demonstrate a clear vision and understanding of Catholic education and a commitment to promote the Catholic ethos throughout the whole school community
- Be fully committed to ensuring safeguarding practices at the school are highly effective
- Be able to drive teaching, learning and curriculum development forward, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm
- Be knowledgeable and up-to-date with current educational practice
- Be an excellent leader and manager with strong interpersonal skills
- Be able to inspire, motivate and lead others and work as part of a team
- Be an excellent communicator with a calm disposition and welcoming manner
