Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to students with EHCPs in the SEND department.
- Demonstrate a patient and caring manner when supporting students with additional needs.
- Collaborate with staff to deliver tailored support plans.
- Maintain safeguarding and welfare practices in line with school policy.
- Experience working within a school setting desirable.
- Relevant Health & Safety knowledge; training provided.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken English.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with students.
