Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with EHCPs in the SEND department.
  • Demonstrate a patient and caring manner when supporting students with additional needs.
  • Collaborate with staff to deliver tailored support plans.
  • Maintain safeguarding and welfare practices in line with school policy.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience working within a school setting desirable.
  • Relevant Health & Safety knowledge; training provided.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken English.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with students.
